We were contacted by our client in Antelope for a remodel of two bathrooms โ the master bathroom and the guest bathroom. Both bathrooms needed a complete from start to finish remodel, since they have not been remodeled since the original design when the house was built. The original design was not very practical and was not built to incorporate all the space to full functionality. Also, both bathrooms needed new plumbing and all new fixtures.
Our client looked up our business on Google and after looking through our website and portfolio, scheduled a time for a free estimate and consultation. For this particular remodel the client wanted us to provide everything from start to finish, meaning all labor, material, fixtures, delivery, etc. Our company had a few consultations with the client to make sure that we would create a perfect design down to every little detail. Our design and construction team presented a design that was perfect to fit the overall theme of the house and fulfill the clientโs requirements.
Once we were in contract our team went on to purchase all important materials and fixtures. We wanted to make sure we had everything ready before starting the job, in order to minimize the remodel time. When purchasing all the items for installation we kept in touch with the clients for their approval on the colors and designs. The high quality dark charcoal vanity gave the whole airy white design a pop of contrast color, while pulling all the black accent details together. We knew that our client wanted a stunning and minimalistic design, so we went with the white and black Moroccan pattern tile for the floor, which gives the bathrooms such a great impact and a beautiful accent to the bathroom design. For practicality we used brushed nickel water faucets to reduce the hard water stain spots, while using all other details in matte black for a contrast of color against the white. For the tub and showers we always recommend our clients to install a handheld shower for great convenience. The walls were lined with a light beige vertical subway tile design and finished off with a soft grey paint color. While both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom are different in ratios and functionality, they both carry the same design and patterns, that was a particular client request. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the project, which turned out beautifully and was perfectly on schedule. Nothing better than a successful stress-free remodel with a highly satisfied client!
